The best way to lose weight without counting calories is through "Mindful Eating"
Why? because we pack a lot of calories when we eat mindlessly out of anxiety, boredom, depression, etc.
when we are not being present and mindful we can eat and eat and eat and never feel full because the brain hasn't even registered that we are eating.
On the other hand, when you practice Mindful Eating you are aware of how fast you are eating, you are present at the table, noticing what you are eating, getting the full experience of eating, and that tells your brain that you are eating and it will let you know when you are comfortably full and not too full!
Mindful eating is a beautiful thing, it's very hard to do, but the benefits are tremendous. You can lose weight without changing what you eat, just by practicing Mindful Eating because you will eat less effortlessly. You'll feel full, satisfied with less food, and end the cravings once and for all.
